Steven Falk

Steven founded Star Sports Marketing in 2010. Prior to this, he was Director of Marketing at Manchester United where he worked for 9 years. In addition to his marketing, brand management and sponsorship activation responsibilities Steven was a member of the Executive Committee of Manchester United Ltd and a board director of Manchester United Foundation (Trading) Ltd – the trading entity of the club’s charitable arm.

A graduate of Manchester University, Steven started his career in the motor industry before taking an MBA at Warwick University. He has over 30 years business experience holding roles in the marketing and strategic planning departments of Astra Zeneca; United Utilities; Great Universal and Bank of America, latterly as Head of Affinity Marketing (Europe).

Steven is a UEFA Licensed Match Agent.

Stuart Seymour

Stuart has extensive experience in brand strategy and in selling and negotiating multi-million pound sponsorship contracts. His special focus is in licensing, e-commerce and media communications including digital and effective organisation structures. He has a track record in improving the sustainability of income for rights holders and the return on investment for sponsors.

For 15 years, Stuart was Business Development Director for the McLaren F1 motor racing team. Prior to this, he spent 10 years in management consulting with firms including PA Consulting Group and PwC (Price Waterhouse Coopers) where he was responsible for their Strategy and Marketing Consultancy Division.

Stuart has a degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from the Manchester Business School. He is also a Chartered Engineer.

 

 

Nicholas Whittle

A Director of Jockey Club Racecourses with over 10 years’ experience in the sports and entertainment world, Nicholas has enjoyed hands-on exposure to the areas of talent & personality management, rights ownership, brand development, media distribution and provision of wealth management services.

Nicholas has developed and managed a successful sports media and sponsorship agency specifically working within the horse racing arena where his keen interest in the sport has been cultivated and encouraged through a strong family background in the racing world.

A graduate of Manchester University Nicholas began his sports marketing career at World Sports Solutions, a company specialising in athlete representation and brand consultancy to professional sports teams. He then joined the Formation Group (now SportFive).
